Stainless Steel Sleeve Bolts for Concrete, Masonry and Brick M6x70mm

The 304 stainless steel inner expansion bolts are made of high-quality material, offering corrosion resistance, sturdiness, durability, and a long service life. These sleeve anchors can be installed in various masonry, solid concrete, bricks, or blocks.

To install the anchors, an 8mm hole needs to be drilled in the base material (concrete, bricks, or blocks) using a carbide drill bit and a hammer drill. The hole in the fixing device or the material to be fixed must be larger than the specified diameter of the anchor, with the M6 diameter anchors requiring 8mm holes on the fixing device.

The installation process involves the following steps:

1. Choose an alloy drill bit that matches the outer diameter of the inner expansion bolt, then drill the hole referring to the length of the inner expansion bolt. Drill the hole to the depth required for installation.

2. Install the flat washer, spring washer, and nut, turning the nut to the bolt and end to protect the thread, and then insert the internal expansion bolt into the hole.

3. Rotate the wrench until the washer is flush with the surface of the fixture. If there are no special requirements, it is usually tightened by hand and then rotated three to five turns with a wrench.
